Field of Study

Since students examine the principles of portraying science adapted to suit the media and are also trained in its use, the Academy deems it necessary to offer joint projects with the University of Applied Sciences and the Natural Sciences/Technical Faculty of the University of Kiel.
In the Bachelor Degree courses, in addition to presentation basics, the students are given a general overview of the possible applications of technical and artistic simulation and the use of IT and CAD in spatial concepts and design.
In the Master of Arts courses, the focus is on dealing with and using media in spaces, the integration of media components with regards to the staging, design and construction of theme worlds as well as the realisation of individual presentation techniques.
