CENTRE FOR MEDIA / STUDY OBJECTIVES
Study Objectives and Content
Teaching in the Centre for Media covers the technical fundamentals, artistic and design studies, theoretical and practical support and the supervision of exams.
Collective work and interdisciplinarity are important pre-requisites for many projects and work processes in the field of media and are specifically supported.
Exchanges and cooperation between other institutions and schools/academies are still in development, such as the degree course in media production at the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel and the Film Department at the HFBK Hamburg (Film and Art Academy).
In addition to the two media/seminar rooms and a video studio, the Centre of Media also has a video workshop with a workshop supervisor, who is also responsible for the lending of the equipment.
